You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major US carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact information. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address you provide, and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Today Telemedicine PLLC provides virtual psychiatric care services for women across Florida. Communications through this program do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not establish a provider-patient relationship until care is formally initiated through our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Today Telemedicine PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this opt-in program or our communications.
Your use of this form is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our messaging program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
